The phone is answered around the clock
Any hour, any day: the line is answered. A burst pipe at 2am is the ordinary case for this trade, not the exception.
The connection costs you nothing
This service is free to the homeowner. You are never invoiced by this site — the only money that changes hands is between you and the contractor you hire.
Local, and licensed for the work
Every contractor on the other end of this line is independent, carries the license California requires for this work, and serves Fremont and the towns around it. Ask to see both the license and the insurance certificate.
You can ask to be connected to someone else
A contractor who misses the appointment or rubs you the wrong way is a reason to call back, not to give up. Ask for a different one; it costs nothing and nobody will argue.
What is not being guaranteed here
These are commitments about a connection, not about construction. The contractor is an independent business and the job is their contract with you — so get the scope, the price and any workmanship guarantee from them, in writing, before work starts.
